01What services do you offer?
From our centre in Bursa, we work across every area of outdoor advertising and printing: from trade digital printing to signage, totems, channel letters and LED displays; from vehicle, glass, façade and window graphics to exhibition stands and beach branding. 02Do you work with advertising agencies?
Yes. We offer production and pricing tailored to the needs of advertising and design agencies. Thanks to our white-label model, your brand is always the one your client sees.
03What is the white-label production model?
We take on the production while your brand stays in the spotlight. Your company's identity and your relationship with your client are protected at every stage of production.
04How do I get a quote?
You can fill in the form on the Get a Quote page, message us on WhatsApp or give us a call. Sharing sizes, quantities, material preferences and any artwork you have speeds up the quote.
05How are signage and printing prices determined?
Pricing depends on size, quantity, material (composite panel, acrylic, stainless steel, banner, foil, etc.), whether lighting is needed, the print type and whether installation is required. Just share the size, quantity and location, and we will prepare a quote with a firm price and delivery date.
06What materials are channel letters made from?
Channel letters are made from materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, acrylic and composite, either illuminated or non-illuminated. Front-lit, back-lit (halo) or side-lit options are chosen together based on the façade and the look of your brand.
07Should I choose an illuminated or a non-illuminated sign?
Illuminated signs stand out for businesses open in the evening or that need visibility from the road; non-illuminated signs are a cost-effective choice for daytime or budget-focused businesses. We assess your façade and purpose and recommend the best option.
08Does a vehicle wrap damage the paint?
Quality wrap films that are applied and removed with the right technique generally do not damage factory paint; they actually protect it from sun and minor scratches. Our experienced team handles both application and removal.
09How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on the type of job, quantity, material and whether installation is needed. Our high production capacity lets us complete large-volume jobs on schedule too; a firm delivery date is shared together with our quote.
10Which file formats should I send?
Where possible we prefer vector (PDF, AI, EPS) or high-resolution (TIFF, JPG) files. If you are not sure your file is print-ready, send it anyway; we will check it before production and let you know.
11Do you provide installation?
Yes. Our own field team handles installation, removal and on-site work; for signage, façade, vehicle and glass graphics we complete the application on location.
12How do you handle quality control?
Every production run goes through quality control. No job is delivered before colour, size, cutting and surface checks are completed.
13Can you handle custom sizes and designs?
Yes. We produce advertising applications in non-standard sizes and bespoke designs, dimensioned to your space.
14What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–16:00; closed on Sundays. You are welcome to visit our centre at Otimer Industrial Estate during these hours.
